Form-Copilot ("Extension") is developed and maintained by Fabninjas. This policy explains what data we handle and how.
Profile information you enter (name, contact details, professional information) is stored locally on your device using the browser's extension storage API. This data never leaves your device — it is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Your locally stored profile is used exclusively to detect and fill form fields on web pages when you trigger the autofill action. To intelligently match your profile fields to the right form inputs, your profile data is included in an API call to a large language model (LLM). This data is transmitted over HTTPS, used only to return field-matching results, and is not stored or used for any other purpose.
We do not collect, transmit, or sell your profile data. There is nothing to share in the ordinary course of business. Disclosure occurs only if required by law.
Delete your profile at any time from within the Extension's settings. Uninstalling the Extension also removes all locally stored data.
Your data is protected by the browser's built-in extension storage security model, which prevents access by other extensions and websites.
The Extension is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of any changes.
